We are interested in flying into SD - visiting Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and traveling on by car to Yellowstone in a week and flying out of Jackson Hole; anyone ever traveled this route or has any advice? Activities to include: horseback trail ride, kayak, biking, hot springs indulgence - or any other suggestions?

I am looking for a vacation spot for 2 adults and a 1 year old on a beach in the southeast. We like to relax on the beach or at the pool and when not relaxing we like to site see and shop.
