Estepona Travel Guide

A town of Roman origin and the most westerly of the coast's burgeoning fishing villages, Estepona hasn't yet been completely taken over by high-rises. Less developed than either Marbella or Torremolinos and with a more Spanish feel than expat-heavy Marbella, it is more likable than either.   • Hello, I'm thinking of booking a winter break early Dec'09. We're not into loud music, but indulge in shopping, wine and history/ culture. Some of the reviews I've read on "Trip Advisor" re. hotels have put me off. I have two questions:- a) What climate can we expect early December? b) Can you suggest a fairly decent hotel for 2 50+ people of good health within a 2Km stroll from the main town? Thanks in advance of any suggestions. Regards Alex
