My husband and I spent two weeks driving the coast of Oregon this summer and heard several references to "winter storm watching" in Oregon. We are intriqued and seriously considering taking a week to go back during the winter. We are wondering what is the "best" time to do winter storm watching in Oregon and where? Thanks.
