Nepal Family Travel Tips

The average stroller is no match for Nepal's rugged footpaths and roads. If you are going to bring one, make sure it is an all-terrain model with oversized tires. A backpack or sling may be a better option.
Service in restaurants can be slow. Bring plenty of toys and activities to keep younger children occupied. Picnics are also a good option.
Bring a good supply of disposable diapers for little ones. They can be hard to find locally.
