Islas de Todos Santos Surfing Travel Tips

All Saints Islands are a pair of islands located 12 miles (19km) offshore. Travel there by boat from Ensenada or Punta Banda.
Also known as the Mexican Hawaii for its monster surf, Islas de Todos Santos produces thirty-foot waves at times and longtime surfers have tales of 60-foot faces. Experts only!
From November to February, northwest swells break off the shores of the two islands. Killer's on the north island is the most famous, while Thor's Hammer breaks in the channel between the islands. Summer swells are smaller and sometimes come from the southwest.
