We have one day in Mazatlan on our cruise. Which hotels offer day use passes where we can rent jet skis, or parasail, etc. and spend the day?

I will be disembarking from a cruise ship, can we walk to a beach that is good for swimming/snorkeling? We are also docking in cabo and puerto vallarta--can anyone give us a list of things we definitely should do and seen in each port? Thank you.
