The High Tech Nueva Castellana is located only a few kilometres from the National and International terminals of Madrid-Barajas airport and is connected by a shuttle service. Its location is set amongst one of the Madrid most important business district with the IFEMA exhibition centre nearby.

The hotel was newly built in 2005 and it offers an attractive Buffet-style breakfast, a snack bar and a meeting room for 300 delegates whose multi-use hall offers further facilities such as a business centre. The hotel is also equipped with indoor parking facilities.
