  • If you want to be on the Lido (beach) and in something of a resort environment, this five-star luxury hotel is your choice. It's an architectural landmark with ivory stucco and crystal chandaliers, and it has all of the amenities one expects in such a hotel, including a front desk staffed 24/7.
  • Guests have a pool, tennis courts and private beach when they return from sightseeing (Piazza San Marco is just a short boat ride away).
  • Niceties for families include the availabilty of cribs and rollaways, some non-smoking rooms, AC, and satellite TV. One child up to age two stays for free in a parents' room, and babysitting can be arranged.
