Near the entrance to the city, on a rise of Temenite Hill, this bandbox-modern hotel sits on a busy street about 5 minutes from the Archaeological Park. Rated four stars by the government, it is close to where Greek plays are presented every summer. It's not a motel, but it does provide free parking. The small guest rooms are pleasant and up-to-date following a renovation, with comfortable but utilitarian furniture and small, shower-only bathrooms.
