I would like to know if there are any affordable accommodation in Ehukai beach, I would like to stay near the Banzai pipline

I want to go to Hawaii with my relaxed mother who isn't too fond of scary complications. I mean, I just need to tell her about a relaxed and presentable place in Hawaii. I also need to be able to go out myself to the beach and out to town alone. I will be 16. So I wanna know if anyone knows about a quiet but fun place in Hawaii with a hotel close to the beach. A good big town where most people are relaxed and speak English.
